Yoshiho Umeda, born in 1950, a Japanese activist of KOR and “Solidarity”. In 1982 he was expelled from Poland for taking part in the opposition movement, but returned in 1988. An author of publications in the field of power industry. He was testifying as a witness (twice) during the court proceedings in the case of “Wujek” mine shootings, backing the authenticity of the mountain climbers’ accounts.
